If you grant camera or media permissions, we access your camera or photo library only when you actively choose to:

• Record a video review

• Upload a profile picture

• Scan a business QR code

• Upload business profile images or marketing videos

We do not access your camera or media without your direct action.

e. Microphone

Microphone access is used only when recording video reviews that include audio.

If you sign in using Apple, Google, or similar services, we receive basic profile information (such as name and email address) as authorized by you and permitted by that provider.
