Account Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Tapsy account at any time directly from within the app. Follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and associated data.

1. Open the Tapsy App.
2. Tap the "Profile" icon located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. You will be redirected to your Profile Page.
4. Tap on "Settings".
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page.
6. Tap the "Delete My Account" button.
7. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Select "Yes" to proceed.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you experience any issues deleting your account through the app, you may request manual deletion by contacting us at hello@tapsy.app.
